The Origination Team creates opportunities for banks and corporate treasurers as well as institutional investors. Bank and Corporate Treasurers are provided with funding opportunities, and investors are provided with either certificates of deposit or medium term notes at competitive levels.  Core customers include regional banks, registered investment advisors, broker dealers, insurance companies, and family offices.  The Origination Group has distribution within the United States and Latin America. The origination team has over 50 years of Wall Street experience.

Sales and marketing efforts provide Broker/Dealers and Registered Investment Advisors with specialized structured products and are focused on client needs married with a relative value approach towards investing. The group leverages the firm’s derivatives expertise and research capabilities to customize and monetize investor’s market viewpoint. Fundamental and technical analysis is the foundation of all structured transactions.
