John Mullin joined Pali in 2007 as Chief Financial Officer. John brings over twenty-four years of accounting and financial management experience to Pali. After starting in public accounting, John has spent the balance of his career in the brokerage/investment banking industry. From the late 1980’s through the mid 1990’s, John worked in the Financial Division of Salomon Brothers. During subsequent years he served as the CFO of Tucker Anthony, Inc. and Blaylock & Partners during periods of rapid growth for those firms. Most recently, John served as the CFO of Macquarie Holdings (USA), Inc., the U.S. subsidiary of Macquarie Bank Limited, also during a period of tremendous growth.

John’s broad CFO experience has included work on initial public offerings as well as accounting/financial due diligence and post-acquisition due diligence for numerous acquisitions. John graduated from Boston College with a B.S. degree in accounting and from New York University’s Stern School of Business with an M.B.A. in Finance. He holds an NASD Series 27 (Financial and Operations Principal) license and is a Certified Public Accountant. John lives in Garden City, New York with his wife and three children.
