Hilary Bergman was recently promoted to Chief Administrative Officer. Prior to his recent appointment Hilary was Pali's Chief Operating Officer, a position he had held since March of 1999. Hilary began his career with Pali as a Managing Director of Corporate Finance, and he has been heavily involved in nearly all aspects of Pali since the very early stages of the firm.

Hilary oversees the development of new business efforts and relationships. Hilary extends his expertise to Pali's Hedge Fund Hotel, Pali's Corporate Finance department, Trading Information Systems, and Human Resources efforts. His background affords Pali over twenty-five years of diverse financial services experience. Hilary began his career on the COMEX Commodities Exchange in 1979, and he became an exchange member in 1981. While on the COMEX, Hilary traded and brokered transactions in gold, silver, and crude oil options and futures.

Prior to joining Pali, Hilary was a senior executive at FIMAT USA, a futures brokerage subsidiary of Societe Generale.

Hilary holds a B.A. from the University of Alabama and he is an NASD licensed principal holding the Series 3, 4, 7, 24, 27, 53, 55, 63, and 66 licenses. He lives in Toronto, Canada, with his wife and two children.
